In our Foreign Policy objective, we accord  a high strategic priority to Belarus.  We view Belarus as a time tested friend.  We share common views on many of the international issues.  We greatly value its opinion, support and understanding on these matters.  Our relationship has been cordial and is based on solid foundations.
